Shipping & Delivery for Flooring and Window Treatments

Total Flooring Source is committed to providing all our customers with superior service, and shipping and delivery is no exception. Through our product manufacturers, we utilize only the reputable and reliable freight carriers to deliver your order in a safe and timely manner to our Florida-based warehouses listed in the checkout process.

Delivery Time

  • All orders will be processed within the following business day. Should your order contain all "In-Stock for Immediate Delivery" items, your order will ship the following business day after processing. If your order contains merchandise labeled as "Ships in 3-5 business days" or "Ships in 5-7 business days", we ask that you allow the outlined time frame for the material to be received into our Florida-based warehouse. Once we receive the material, your order will be prepared for pickup.
  • Upon shipment, we will notify you that your order is on its way.

How We Deliver Your Order

  • Freight shipments will be unloaded at our Florida-based warehouse.
  • All of our freight shipments require your signature.
  • It is your responsibility to arrange for product pickup.  

Product Pickup and Inspection

Upon pickup, we ask that you thoroughly inspect all materials and sign off for your order. If you find any discrepancies, you must contact Total Flooring Source within 30 days of the purchasing date. For more information, please review our Returns and Replacements section.

  1. What do we charge for shipping?

    Shipping is FREE to to the designated Florida-based warehouses listed in our checkout process. Please call us at (866) 590-6588 for any questions.

  2. Where can we ship to?

    For Total Flooring Source members, we will ONLY ship to the designated Florida-based warehouses listed in our checkout process.

  3. How do you track your order?

    Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We have provided you with a tracking number via email when your product shipped. You can check the location and status of your shipment directly on our shipping partners website. Just enter your shipping confirmation number.

  4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Most products ship from the facility in 2-3 days and arrive within 5-7 business days. Rug pads will be shipped separately from rugs.

  5. What is our Return Policy?

    We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on every area rug we sell, except for customized rugs, clearance products and rug pads that have been opened.
